Codes Review Notes
This application is used to view notes pertinent to building permits.

Click the down arrow to the right of Applications, then Codes Review Notes. This will open the Codes Review Notes box in the upper right of the window.
 

Key the Subdivision number (first 8 digits of the STRAP), followed by <Enter> or the Notes button.
OR
Select from the map by clicking a point in the map display area.

 
This zooms to the subdivision, shown with a bold red border and red hatching.

 

To open the Codes Review Notes window click on the highlighted  parcel.

From the Codes Review Notes window:

Page forward and backward through the records using Prev and Next buttons

View notes for another record by entering the CodeID followed by <Enter> or the Query button

Click the Query button to select from the map

Draw zooms to the subdivision displayed in the CodeID field

Print the notes displayed by clicking "Printable Page". This opens a window from which you can print the notes

Close this application by clicking Exit
Note: user with appropriate credentials can use the tools editing functions.
