Spatial Information System

LeeSpInS is designed to provide spatial information viewing and querying in an easily accessible format to a wide range of County staff and citizens. This is accomplished through two core traits. The first is accessing current spatial data from a variety of County Departments. The second is utilizing standard web browsing applications found on typical personal computers with network access.
While the basic functionality of a web browser can be intuitively learned by many users, LeeSpInS adds a great deal of unique functionality that is accessed through tools and applications inside the browser environment. The use of these tools is not always self explanatory. This help document provides instructions to guide all users in unleashing LeeSpInS full capabilities.
