The parcel sales application displays property sales within the displayed map area for up to three selectable years. The results can also be exported in a format suitable for use in a spreadsheet application. |

| Click the down arrow to the right of Applications, then Parcel Sales. This will open the Sales Report box in the upper right of the window: |

| If desired, highlight and delete the years not needed or highlight a year i.e., 2005 and change to desired year i.e., 2001. More then one year may be changed. | |||

Click the Submit button. |

The number of sales by year is provided and the map is updated to display parcel sales. Parcels with sales are hatched by year and all the parcels are color coded based on the land type. The symbology is shown in the legend that appears alongside the map.

| "Export" will export the sales data to a comma separated values (CSV) file. This can be imported into spreadsheet applications such as Excel. | |
| To remove color coding click "Clear Sales" | |
