Zoning Query:

The Zoning Query application is used to report zoning categories and applicable notes for unincorporated areas of Lee County.

Click the down arrow to the right of Applications, then Zoning Query. This opens the Zoning Query box in the upper right of the window:


Click a location on the map. This results in the following:

Zoning category displays in the Zoning Query box.

Zoning district is hatched in magenta.

Parcel below the point clicked displays in yellow.

Subject STRAP is updated to reflect this parcel.

Note: the zoning layer must be visible
 
 
 
Zoning Notes:

 

Click "Zoning Notes" to view any applicable notes:

Print the notes by right clicking on any part of the window, then select Print. If necessary,
select another printer and change the orientation, then click the Print button.

Click a new location on the map to obtain additional zoning information.
 
Zoning Abbreviations:
 
Click "Zoning Description" for a list of zoning abbreviations and brief description:
 

 
Click "Zoning Regulations" to link to Lee County Land Development Code.
"Cancel" to clear Zoning Query function.
