Planned Development Information

The Planned Development tool allows citizens to identify proposed and approved developments of interest. The tool enables them to learn what has been approved for the site, or what is being proposed. Additional links allow the user to gain access to documents containing more specific approval information including the projects concept plan and access to the County’s permitting web page for current case activity.
Prior to using this application, ensure that the Planned Development layer (found in the Planning Districts folder) is visible.

To view layers in Planning Districts folder, click the folder icon to the left of the category name
located in the right margin of the main page.

   Click on the checkbox next to a layer to be displayed on the map.
To toggle a feature off, un-check the checkbox. After the desired layer or layers have been turned on or off, click [Apply].


 

 

 
Zoom in the area of interest.
Click the down arrow to the right
of Applications, then
Planned Development Info....

Click on area of interest on map to view Planned Development Report.
To view legend click on the Legend / Layer List Icon from the Toolbar on the left side of the map.
