Zoning Review Notes
This application is used by the Department of Community Development, Development Services Division to enter and view notes pertinent to review of zoning cases.
Click the down arrow to the right of Applications, then Zoning Review Notes. This will open the Zoning Review Notes box in the upper right
of the window.

Key the STRAP, followed by <Enter> or the Notes button
OR
Select from the map by clicking a point in the map display area.

This zooms to the subject parcel, shown with a bold green border and yellow hatching:

To opens the Zoning Review Notes window click on the highlighted  parcel.

1. Page forward and backward through the records using Prev and Next buttons.
2. View notes for another record by entering the CodeID followed by <Enter> or the Query button.
3. Click the Query button to select from the map.
4. Draw zooms to the parcel displayed in the CodeID field.
5. Print the notes displayed by clicking "Printable Page". This opens a window from which you can print the notes using File > Print.
6. Close this application by clicking Exit.
