Locate Parcel by STRAP
Double click on the default STRAP number in the STRAP field to highlight it,
key in a new STRAP (punctuation is not necessary), then
The subject parcel will be highlighted in yellow with a bold green outline:
 

Tip:   To draw a section, key in the section-township-range (first 6 digits of the STRAP). To draw a subdivision, key in the first 8 digits of the STRAP.  All parcels in the section or subdivision will be highlighted yellow with a bold outline. Use the Clear Selection tool  to clear highlight.
